Ingredients: Bergamot (citrus bergamia), Frankincense (boswellia), Grapefruit (citrus x paradisi), Wild Orange (citrus sinensis), Patchouli ( pogostemon cablin), Sandalwood (santalum paniculatum), Ylang Ylang ( cananga odorata) in a carrier oil of Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil

Directions: Apply to soles of the feet, back of the neck and wrists. Inhale directly from the bottle with three deep breaths.
